Plans and credits

Every paid plan unlocks the whole report: iris markings, the left-right comparison, the insights, your complete scan history and exportable reports. They differ in how many scans a month they include. The free plan gives you a few scans a month with your annotated iris image, the overview readings, and the plain-language notes explaining what they mean.

Yes, on the paid plans. Scans you do not use are added to the next month, up to twice your monthly allowance. Anything above that ceiling does not roll over, so the balance cannot grow forever. Free-plan scans do not roll over.

You keep full access for seven days while the payment is retried. If it goes through in that time nothing is lost — the scans you had are still there and the new month is added on top. If the seven days end unpaid, access and any remaining scans end with them. Paying afterwards restores access and starts a fresh month.

Any time. Moving up gives you the larger allowance immediately, and you pay the difference for the rest of the current period that day. Moving down happens when the period you have paid for ends: until then you keep the plan and its scans, and what you have banked carries over up to the smaller plan's own ceiling.

Sign up, then send proof of current enrolment from the app — a letter, a student card, an enrolment confirmation. A person checks it, usually within a working day, and the app shows the moment your account is on the Student price. We may ask again when your course would normally have ended.

Yes, within 48 hours, and you only pay for what you used. Unspent credits are refunded in full and spent ones are deducted at the plan rate — use 5 scans on the $29 plan, at $0.64 a scan, and $25.78 comes back. Because credits work the moment you pay, buying a plan means giving up the statutory 14-day right to withdraw and be repaid in full including what you have already used. The 48 hours on everything unused are what we offer instead, and the terms are stated beside the buy button. Anything that went wrong on our side is put right at any time, with no window.

Subscriptions are billed on this website rather than through the app stores. Sign in and manage or cancel from your account page, or press another plan on this page. Upgrades start now and you pay the difference today; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Scans and results

What is measurably in your iris: the constitution and fibre structure, pupil size and how the two pupils compare, pigment spots, lacunae and other structural markings, and where each of those falls on the iridology chart. Alongside each finding you get a plain-language note explaining what iridology traditionally associates with it.

No. Iridology is a wellness practice, not a diagnostic one. Eyeagnosis is not a medical device and nothing it reports is a diagnosis. It is a way of noticing patterns and asking better questions — including of your doctor.

In a dark room, with a light held close to the eye from one side — not daylight, and not the flash. Hold the phone steady, fill the frame with one eye, and tap the screen on the iris to lock focus. The app tells you when it cannot read an image clearly enough, and asks you to retake it rather than guessing.

It says so and asks for another photograph, and that attempt does not cost you a scan. The usual causes are motion blur, a reflection across the iris, or the eye being too small in the frame.

Yes. A one-on-one assessment is an hour with a practitioner who goes through your scans with you, takes your own history into account, answers your questions and sends a written plan afterwards. It is bought separately from any plan.

Your data

They are stored in private object storage, scoped to your account, and used to run your analysis and to show your history. They are sent to our analysis provider for the scan itself and are not used to train models. We do not sell data, share it with insurers, or use it for advertising.

Yes, from Settings — a single scan, or your whole account. Deleting the account removes the scans and the images with it, immediately.
